What is 6 Degrees Fit?
There are 6 known parameters or ways the body can move; forwards, backwards, left, right, up and down. When we move for a specific activity or sport we aim for maximum efficiency, speed and power in all 6 degrees of movement.
We offer 28 hours of programmed training per week split into multiple classes per day.
6 Degrees Fit Unlimited members also can use the facility outside class times to train on their own or alongside a Coach, working on individual techniques and personal improvement.
Want a more personal approach? All our staff offer 1-1 training, giving you the full undivided attention of one of our Coaches to teach, encourage and push you through any barriers blocking your progress.
Our Facility has 2 toilets and a shower facility and team hangout with full size Ping Pong Table for active recovery!!
