What is 6 Degrees Fit?

 

There are 6 known parameters or ways the body can move; forwards, backwards, left, right, up and down. When we move for a specific activity or sport we aim for maximum efficiency, speed and power in all 6 degrees of movement.

 

At 6 Degrees Fit we specialize in muscle mechanics, our role is to help the improvement of movement in all 6 degrees no matter what your goal maybe, whether your aim is to slow down the ageing process by increasing lean mass and improving mobility, or preparing for specific sporting events.

 

Our programs are tailored to be customized in the achievement of results based on your individual needs. The programs are designed by an Accredited Sport & Exercise Physiologist, together with a team of allied health professionals with various backgrounds of the martial arts, this variety in effect makes our system fun, engaging and unique.
